I keep receiving calls at work (4 days now) they will not tell me what it is regarding. keep trying to talk over me when I am trying to request information and today called wanting my HR department so they can send them legal papers. I can't get anywhere. I have each time told them not to call me at work since they will not say why they are calling but they call back within 1 minute. Any suggestions?

Someone with a foreign accent call saying he calling about a legal matter and that I took out a loan w/ advance check or someone and I have not.

I received a call from this # at 8:30 p.m. last evening. I did not answer and they did not leave a message.

Some lady called me and said she had a free gift for me using the last four of one of my credit cards. She read off my address and I told her all of my information was wrong. she called me a lie and said she was going to charge $5.00 to my card. She began to get very rude and disrespectfull. Have received daily calls from this number to my Minneapolis area cell phone for 3 weeks. I don't answer because it's on scam alert already. They don't leave a voice mail.

He called my sister and said my son got an internet loan that he never received. Now there saying they will take action.
